Jackie Aston, LCSW-C, LICSW

A woman with shoulder-length dark brown hair and blue eyes, wearing a coral blazer over a white top and beige pants, standing against a neutral background with her arms crossed and smiling.

Jackie Aston, LCSW-C, is a licensed psychotherapist serving clients in Washington, DC, and Maryland, and a relationship coach working with clients worldwide. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and has over a decade of experience helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the demands of career and family life.

Jackie is the co-host of the Differentiated Love & Sex podcast alongside Catherine Roebuck. Inspired by the work of Dr. David Schnarch, they explore relationships, communication, intimacy, desire, conflict, boundaries, and personal growth through a differentiation-based lens.

In her private practice, Clarity and Growth Therapy, Jackie helps individuals and couples strengthen their sense of self while building deeper, more fulfilling relationships. Her approach integrates differentiation-based therapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to support lasting growth, resilience, and connection.

When she's not working with clients or recording podcasts, Jackie enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her husband and children.
