A Place to Talk

A support and process group for dads navigating work, marriage, and family life

Becoming a father can be one of the most meaningful experiences of your life — and one of the most demanding. Between career pressures, family responsibilities, and showing up as a present partner and parent, many dads feel stretched thin and quietly overwhelmed.

This group offers a space to slow down and talk honestly about what fatherhood is really like.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please note that in order for the group to run, there need to be at least 3 participants. Space is limited to 8 men. Learn more about the men’s virtual group below.

  • Fathers with young children looking for support navigating work, family responsibilities, and meaningful connection with other men.

If you have exposure to Crucible Therapy or other differentiation-based approaches, this group would be an especially strong fit for deepening that work alongside other men.

  • Unfortunately, you can not use your health insurance to cover the group fee since the group is not considered therapy.

The fee for each group is $60. Payment can be made weekly or all at once.

  • Contact Jackie Aston at jackieaston@jackieaston.com to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to ensure the group is a good fit and to receive the registration link.
